Cancellation Policy
At TideNet.online, we understand that business needs evolve. As a B2B technical conduit, our cancellation process is designed to ensure a secure and orderly transition of your digital operations.
1. Subscription Cancellation
- Notice Period: Clients may initiate a cancellation request at any time through the TideNet Partner Portal. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to the renewal date.
- Service Access: Upon cancellation, your API access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
2. Termination of Technical Integration
- Data Portability: Prior to the final service termination date, it is the Client’s responsibility to export any required logs or metadata from the TideNet dashboard.
- API Deactivation: At 11:59 PM PKT on the final day of your billing cycle, all API keys associated with your account will be revoked. TideNet is not liable for any service interruptions in the Client’s applications resulting from the deactivation of these keys.
3. Refund Policy
- General Policy: As TideNet provides digital infrastructure and high-availability resources, all payments are non-refundable.
- Exception for Technical Failure: In the rare event that TideNet fails to meet its 99.9% uptime SLA (Service Level Agreement) for a period exceeding 48 consecutive hours, a pro-rated credit or refund may be issued at the sole discretion of our management team.
4. Non-Custodial Transition
Since TideNet is a non-custodial platform, we do not hold your funds or private assets. Cancellation of your TideNet account does not affect your accounts with third-party providers (e.g., banks or logistics partners). You are responsible for managing or closing those direct relationships independently.
5. Data Retention Post-Cancellation
- Administrative Data: We retain business contact and billing info for 7 years to comply with FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) and SECP audit requirements in Pakistan.
- Technical Logs: All technical request logs and API metadata are permanently purged from our active servers 30 days after the account is closed, in accordance with our PDPA 2026 data minimization protocols.
